Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
A comprehensive evaluation to review your presenting issues and medical/psychiatric history. The goal is to formulate an individualized treatment plan to address your concerns and reach your goals.
90-120 minutes
$250- $300
Follow up Appointments
Based on our initial consultation and treatment plan, a follow-up schedule and treatment will be recommended. This can include medication only, psychotherapy only or medication and psychotherapy follow-up.
Medication Follow-up: 30 minutes Psychotherapy Follow-up: 45 minutes
$600/hr
Second Opinion / Consultations
Consultations to primary care providers or a second opinion. A comprehensive evaluation with interview and review of records and prior treatment to provide diagnosis and treatment recommendation.
90-120 minutes
For Forensic Evaluations
Dr. Rajagopal is available for civil and criminal case consultations.
